Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, share, or distribute content that:

• You do not have the legal right to share
• Is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

TransferITly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service, but TransferITly is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

File Retention & Deletion

Files are automatically deleted based on the retention period selected at upload or your plan limits. TransferITly is not responsible for files removed in accordance with these rules.

Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless canceled. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Trademarks

TransferITly, our logos, and related marks are trademarks or service marks of TransferITly. You may not use them without prior written permission.

Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

We may update these Terms or other site policies from time to time by posting changes on this page. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TransferITly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to TransferITly at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
